I have the same problem with my Staffordshire Bull Terrier girl. She can destroy most dog toys in seconds
I buy my girl kong air balls. They squeak and come in different sizes and last for weeks.

There are also normal kongs that come in black for the mega chewers! perhaps it would be worth trying one of those
Here's just one example

5 minutes max in this house (the squeak lasts about 30 seconds)... lightweight chewers!
Some of the black and yellow tough toys range at Pets at Home I've found to be OK with mega-chomp-jaws... but he basically doesn't get many toys since he just kills them - a few of the more solid rubber balls are about the limit (not the completely solid ones - but the ones that are hollow inside but kong-like rubber as a shell - the solid ones he dropped on my toe to try to get to play with him and nearly broke my foot doing it)!Little miracle born April 2012, 33 weeks gestation and a little toughie!0 -
thanks for the help i will try the airdogs.
aliasojo that is the look he gives me I have had to throw away his favourite sheep and dog in the last 2 weeks and he followed me to the bin and gave me his sad face.0 -
Has he got anything like a Nylabone? My dog loves hers and it gives her something she can chew on for ages?

I did 1 which only lasted a few minutes, so I emailed kong and they sent me another 4 in the post free of charge
Also I dont leave the air balls with her, She plays with them in the garden and then I put them away.
Shes had an red rubber kong for 4 years now and its still going strong!0 -
I used to tightly plait up strips of old curtain lining, soak them in water, then bung them in the freezer. My dog loved them and they lasted for ages (no real cost at all).0
