Hi all,
I have just been looking at the template and have a no. of questions and would love to have some help please
*wondered if this is the best one to go with?
*At the bottom of it it says 'include a list of charges' ...do I write them all down along with the interest or send in the huge bundle of statements the bank sent me to filter through for £10!?
*it says to claim for 6yrs. I wasn't going to claim for some charges I had because it was through my own fault we went over but I was claiming for the period when it started to go wrong(when hubby went self employed) to sept this year. Would you suggest I just apply for the full 6yrs so it is easier to deal with or stick to main part and say why I would not claim for the other dates???
* When hubby went self employed things went wrong. He had a business account and credit card for it and again this ended up getting alot of charges on them. We just could not get out of the cycle and still pay now! Should I do the whole lot together so they can see the problems or do at a later date??
Thankyou so much for your time in advance ...it will be about £7000 from 2008 to date between them if there is any justice.

I'm sorry but it is not clear from your post which charges you are hoping to reclaim.
This article explains how to reclaim bank charges:

and this article explains how to reclaim credit card charges:

Follow the appropriate article very closely, as the arguments and hence the processes are quite different.
Good luck!

the main one I am hoping to reclaim is bank charges and the other is with the same bank for my husbands charges on his business account/credit card.
So in that case I need to do 2 different forms then ...but is it best to send them in collectively so they see the problem or not?
thanks :-/0 -
After 8 months, I suggest you just send them whatever you have!

As the banks won the court case regarding unfair bank charges, your chances of any refund will be very slim. You might get some recent charges refunded but i wouldn't hold your breath.
Did you contact the bank at the time ?0
