Dear me, what a balls-up of a day. Just about got through uni and then totally forgot that I had two new referrals to see at the service I run, in the evening.
Felt like such an idiot when a volunteer rang me to say the people had waited for me and had then left. Hopefully my apologies were enough. Think I need a holiday0 -
