Holiday ideas anyone?

Hey all
I want to book a holiday and am in need of some inspiration! I want to go somewhere (city, if not country) I haven't been before.
I was thinking city break in Budapest but have just read that the rainy season is coming up so maybe it's not such a good idea right now. I've done all the popular European cities (Lisbon, Madrid/Barcelona, Paris/Nice/Monaco/Cannes, Rome/Venice/Milan/Florence/Pisa, Vienna, Amsterdam, Berlin and Prague). I don't fancy anything further east than Budapest to be honest - but am open to persuasion. Any ideas for city breaks in Europe?
Alternatively, I wouldn't mind going elsewhere in the world for a week or two...
I've already been to New York, Toronto/Montreal/Ottawa, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Gran Canaria, Menorca and Cyprus.
I don't fancy Australia, New Zealand, India, Thailand, the Phillipines, Indonesia or Africa.
Later this year I want to go to Cuba for a week or two and was thinking about Moscow but am a bit scared...
Any ideas would be welcomed. Budget not yet decided - say £300 for a city break and £700 for a more far-flung thing?

How about Istanbul for a city break or maybe somewhere on the Dalmation Coast?
For more long haul, what about somewhere middle eastern, Egypt (I know it's part of Africa but not really seen as African if you know what I mean) , it really does depend on what you are looking for but from the places you have listed non are middle easterm/arabic, perhaps you should try these types of countries, they are within easy reach for a weeks holiday
as you are already planning to go to Cuba heading that way, say to Mexico, may not be a good choice, you could do Mexico another year0 -
