Took out British Gas appliance cover 3 weeks ago. Yesterday my AEG washer broke down. I phoned the customer breakdown number. The call was answered within 2 minutes, and the engineer was booked and c ame today. He fixed the fault there and then.
Got to say, i cannot fault that level of service and thought i should commend them.
