Hi i hope some one can help me with a little problem i have regarding a bingo night i help run in our parish hall fortnightly, we offer cash prizes for both a line and full house on each game with the final game of the nite being a big prize approx £80.00 to £100.00 for the full house .
we are a Registered Charity through the Church so my question is can,
Children both take part in the games and can they legally claim the cash prizes.
All children are accompanied by their parents\guardians
we are also registered with the local council to run bingo nights
i hope some one can be of assistance

Have a look at "Section 41 of the 1968 Gaming Act" (Google it)
It allows any one of any age to play as long as you pay no more than £4 to enter and play.
The total paid out must not exceed £400.00
And there are a few other bits and pieces.I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.0 -
