Court Tomorrow !!

Well it's nearly upon us! Scared just doesn't cover it. So many things running through my head. Like, what to wear. Smart or just casual? Have i filled in the papers properly? Hope so cause i'm copying them now and it's already taken an hour and i haven't even got through 1 set yet.
Really hoping they agree that we don't have to pay the court fee, or we will be coming home and re booking :(

Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you to all of you have helped answer any questions i have had. It has helped alot reading all the posts and answers.

Just praying now that tomorrow goes ok and we don't have to see the judge!

Wish me luck :)

Wishing you luck for tomorrow sammie and here is my tongue in cheek checklist, what to take to court :-

    - Your two copies of 6.27 and 6.28 and the Originals, do not sign them, you do this in front of the clerk. Your completed EX160 if applicable and any benefit letters/forms etc as proof.

    - Money for bankruptcy fees.

    - Spare change for coffee machine.

    - Paper or magazine to read while waiting.

    - Change for car park.

    - Optional a friend to chat to/hold hand.

    Best wishes

Hi Me and Hubby both had to see the judge, we declared B/R on seperate occasions and both had different judges, and both of them were soooo kind and gracious, I cried because mine was a lady and very non-judgmental good luck and you will be fine,

    Hi
6.27 and 6.28 are the Bankruptcy petition and the Bankruptcy SOA. You need to check with your court how many copies you need to take cause some say 2 and others 3. We have to take 3 copies. (1 for court, 1 for OR and 1 for us)

    Regards
