General Rules for the Promotion (the "Rules")
This Promotion (the "Promotion") is brought to you by Caterers Choice Limited (Company no. 02311817) of Parkdale House, 1 Longbow Close, Pennine Business Park, Huddersfield, HD2 1GQ trading as Fruitypot ("Fruitypot").

1. Participants
You must be a UK, Isle of Man or Channel Islands resident and be over 18 years of age ("Participants"). If you are not 18 years of age or older then you must obtain your parent or guardian's (as applicable) consent and they must agree to these terms and conditions on your behalf. If they do not agree to these terms you shall not be entitled to enter in to the Promotion.
you must not be an employee, agent or director of Fruitypot; and/or of Fruitypot's licensees. You shall not be eligible to participate if you are a dependent, immediate family member and/or an individual residing in the same household as an employee or director of Fruitypot or any of our licensees.
There is a maximum of one prize per Participant per day. If a Participant has already won a prize, any further entries will not be eligible to play the game and win a prize in the subsequent promotions occurring on that day.
Fruitypot and its associated companies reserve the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility of Participants. Fruitypot's decision as to the eligibility of a person in accordance with these criteria shall be final ("Valid Entry").
2. How to enter and how to claim a prize
The Promotion is available on Fruitypot's website and prizes are available on an instant win basis.
If you win a prize you are eligible to claim that prize provided you provide us with your name and, where you are under 18 years of age, your parent or guardian's contact details including, as a minimum, a valid email address and postal address for your parent or guardian.
3. Conduct of the Draw
The odds of winning a prize are weighted on a random computer generated program basis.
Maximum of 3 entries per participant per day. Only one participant per household is permitted per day. For the avoidance of doubt, one attempt at the game shall count as one entry to the Promotion, subject to the remaining provisions of these Rules.
Any subsequent entries in the same day will not be valid.
The award of prizes is odds-based and prizes will be replenished on an ongoing basis for the duration of the Promotion.
4. The Prize
The are different prizes available to be won under the Promotion and details of the prizes shall be detailed on the Fruitypot website. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered. We reserve the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value.
If you are a winner we will notify you instantly online. The prize is awarded conditionally upon the acceptance by the winner and provision of the personal information set out at clause 2.(a) which must be given within 30 days of the date of winning.
Please allow 28 days for the delivery of prizes from your notification of winning.
5. Responsibility
By taking part in this Promotion, Participants consent to comply with these Rules. Other than for death or personal injury arising from the negligence of Fruitypot or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law, so far as is permitted by law, Fruitypot excludes all liability for any disappointment, loss, damage, injury, cost and/or expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with Fruitypot or any aspect of the Promotion, including without limitation as a result of acceptance of a prize.
If a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Rules the winner's prize will be forfeited.
No responsibility will be accepted for any entries that are lost, delayed corrupted or cannot be completed for any reason whatsoever.
Fruitypot's decision regarding all aspects of the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Law
The Rules of the Promotion are governed and interpreted under English law. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Any personal information provided in the Promotion may be used by us and we may contact you via email and/or other means with marketing and/or product information. Please consult the Privacy Policy for more details on how Fruitypot handles information submitted by you.
Acceptance of these Rules
By entering this Promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Rules and Fruitypot's standard terms & conditions. All entry instructions form part of the Rules.
