Daughter accused of punching someone and she didn't do anything

    TY polesalot - that was one of the questions I would say needed to be asked.
    a child who has been punched in the stomach would probably make a fuss at the time.
    also - if the class were waiting to go into assembly then one child punching another would have been seen by others.
    I am not saying your child is certainly innocent - but, it sounds totally out of character and am wondering why the teacher was so quick to take one childs word over another two children saying it didnt happen?
  • Sorry OP, no advice for the immediate problem I'm afraid but a friends son was in a similar situation. Other kids mum was a TA and the kid caused friends son to get blamed for all sorts, and the school took this kids side etc. My friend got nowhere but when they went to secondary she spoke to the head teacher, explained the problems and requested that they be put in different groups.

    He was, and now they're in their late teens friends son is doing really well in his life, and the other kid not so good.

    My DD sailed through primary, but had problems in secondary. these years are so hard xx
