Southern Electric vist Debt, Charges: Way out

Hello Folks,

There was a debt of £300 and £100 was paid just christmas time but one of their staff came yesterday and drop a letter that an additional £41.64 will be added to the current bill because of the visit.

Can this be waived?

Any help will be appreciated

    Do you have an agreed repayment schedule for this debt? Have you broken that schedule?

    No agreed repayment. I just pay £100 then and was preparing to pay at least £100 next monday.

    Did to you tell your supplier you were having a problem paying the bill and advise them when you would be making payments. If the answer is no then they will add charges for any/every visit. If the answer is yes then they may cancel it.
