UPVC Windows - burnt!

There is a circular burn on the outside window sill, a little bit smaller than a 5p coin. Has anyone got any idea's how it can be covered up or how to remove the burn stain? I've tried toothpaste and bleach :\

Thanks

    Silly question perhaps, but does it matter that there is a mark visible?
  • Yes, because I live in rented accommodation.

    If DIY fails, I would recommend the plastic surgeon. He did a fantastic job refurbishing my plastic windows. http://www.plastic-surgeon.co.uk/

    Have you tried those "Magic Sponges" the type that lakeland do imo they seem to remove everything I have tried them on {apart from the MIL or the kids}
  • @southcoast cheeky gannet! I do NOT smoke! The burn is from an incense cone I was burning, my neighbours smoke marijuana and it somehow manages to leak the smell into my room, I've tried everything to get rid of it but nothing worked until someone suggest incense. Theres a little circle metal coin you place the incense on to burn, but the smell was horrible and choking so I put it out on the window sill - STUPID I know. I was having one of those dumb moments when your common sense is nowhere to be seen...

    I do need to get it covered up in some way, I have an inspection on Tuesday :S eek!
