We had a consultation meeting this week and have been told we are under 30 days consultation, thereafter we will be served 30days notice of termination of contract, at the end of which we will be TUPE transferred to another trust who are offering contractual redundancy. I have had an informal (verbal) offer of a job (with another trust)- no letter yet and nothing signed, and the job is not going to start until over 4 weeks after the date of the termination of the my contract. Am I still eligible for redundancy?
