What is a fair price in South Wales to replace an existing washstand style sink unit similar to

From what you've said its no more than a couple of hours work. The price you have is worthy of a plumbing company that shares its name with a tube station on the Victoria Line. Somehow they get away with charging £90 an hour (I suppose the Chelsea set don't really care). S Wales prices should be a lot less than Central London.

I don't know S Wales prices. Half what you've been quoted probably as the very maximum but don't quote me. Get someone else to quote you. Actually if all services are in the same place why not have a bash yourself?
