Hello guys,
I was using internet explorer. Personally i use gmail for my mails. Of recent, anytime i launch gmail, it will ask me to use basicc html access or download active X.
So i have been using basic html access. In alternative, i downloaded actve X but nothing changes.
2) I was compelled to download firefox. It was fine with accessing other websites except gmail.
Anytime i intend to acess the gmail, it will change to this https://accounts.google.com/CookieMismatch
or problem loading
Please help

Chrome failed and the reason is:
Your installation failed with the following error(s). Please click below for details.- Error 12
Issue
The Google Chrome installer was unable to open properly.
Solution
Step 1: Check if your computer hard drive has adequate space
Clear up hard drive space by deleting unnecessary files, such as temporary files, browser cache files, or old documents and programs.
Now try installing again. If you continue to experience this error, try disabling your antivirus software.
Step 2: Temporarily disable your antivirus software
Some antivirus software can prevent Google Chrome from installing on the computer. To check if your antivirus software is the issue, turn it off temporarily and try installing Google Chrome again. If you are able to install Google Chrome with your antivirus software disabled, check whether you need to upgrade your antivirus software.
If you're still unable to install Google Chrome, try changing your temporary directory.
Step 3: Change your temporary directory
This error may also occur if your temporary directory is unavailable during the installation process. Try changing the location of your temporary directory to see if this fixes the issue:- Go to the Start menu > Run.
- Enter the following in the text box: C:\
- Click OK.
- Create a test folder in the C:\ window that opens, by going to File > New > Folder. Name the folder "test."
- Download an alternate installation file for Google Chrome at http://www.google.com/chrome/eula.html?installdataindex=verboselogging. Save it to the new Test folder.
- Go back to the Start menu > Run.
- Enter the following in the text box: cmd.exe
- Click OK.
- In the command prompt window that opens, type the following: set TMP=C:\test
- Next, type the following in the window: cd C:\test
- Finally, type the following in the window: start ChromeSetup.exe
If you continue to experience this error, please give us more details.
