Waitrose

All you have to do is solve our prize crossword in this week's issue of Waitrose Weekend, and the shaded squares will spell out the prize word, which is a word associated with Burns Night.
1. Whisky
2. Haggis
3. Robert
4. Poetry

If anyone notices a change in prize (from the magazine or website) could you please let me know?
Please thank bigbloke45 drinking-wine-smiley-emoticon.gif at #5 below for providing the answer happy-clap.gif

    Hi,thanks for the help.

The magazine is needed as it is a crossword comp so Google will not help us on this one.

    Cheers for the post though.
  • I'd have a quick look in Waitrose but there isn't one for about 25 miles round here!

Anyone with a Waitrose round the corner?

i'm always confused with these ones do we have to enter the number and the answer or just the answer and leave out the number before it? if it's a computer checking the answers which i guess it probably is i don't want to miss out anything

I hope they just put all entries into the draw, draw one out and it is then verified by a human as there are several different ways to write the answer that a computer may not be able to interpret.
