Is there anyway i could make a batch file, to move a one type of file to another folder? Im fed up telling my mum how to cut and paste :rotfl:

If the files all have the same extension, you can put this into a batch file....
move /Y *.EXT destination_folder
for example....
move /Y *.JPG myimagefolder
should move all JPG files into "myimagefolder". The /Y part stops it from asking you if you want to overwrite files in the target, so if it's for backing stuff up you'd probably want this.... If you want to get more complicated than using file extensions, you could use a VB script to get more file information - but thats more tricky.Throwing acid is bad.... in some peoples eyes...0
