Issues with cleaning company (diamond cleaning southern)

I have lodgers at the property they were supposed to clean, however they did not turn up. I was unable to get hold of the company, Diamond Cleaning southern for the entire day, as my clean was meant to be at 9am and the lodgers were home all day so this was bought to my attention early.

This was the end of a long string of difficulties, things being broken, only doing half the time they were supposed to do, having a cleaner that didnt speak a word of english made it very difficult to communicate any little niggles.
