replacing back boiler with combi

Back boiler replaced with combi boiler. Going to be situated upstairs where hot water tank is now. £2450 for A rated boiler with 2 year guarantee or £2750 if we opt for Worcester boiler with 5 year guarantee. Both quotes include all pipework, parts and labour. Our house is 2 bed end terrace with 5 radiators (not being replaced.) reasonable quote?
