Just a quick question, maybe a tad off topic.
HOW on earth do you eat these vitamins??
The beasts are huge, and far too big to swallow in one. Even broken in half they feel like they're ripping your throat to shreds as you force them down.
The tub just says 'Take 1 tablet daily with a main meal'. It doesn't tell you how?
