Terms and conditions:
a. By taking part in this promotion, participants confirm that they accept the terms and conditions set out below.
b. Competition closes 10am Tuesday 8 May 2007. Only one entry per person. The winner will be notified by 6pm via telephone on 8 May 2007.
c. The winner will be required to confirm his/her acceptance of the prize in the manner specified in the notice. If the prize remains unclaimed after 7 days or is denied, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the Promoter's discretion and will be notified by telephone or email.

e. The winner will receive one pair of return World Traveller tickets to New York [JFK/NEWARK]. All other costs are the responsibility of the winner.
f. Prize flights are for outbound travel between 1st May 2007 and 1st December 2007 only. Inbound travel must be completed within 28 days of departure. g. Travel on BA franchise, codeshare and alliance airlines is not allowed. Domestic connections, transfers and other add-ons are not included in the prize. Once booked, no changes can be made to tickets. All taxes, fees and charges are included. The winner and his/her travel companion must travel both outbound and inbound journeys together.
h. Prize flights are subject to availability and capacity control. BA reserves the right to limit the number of prize travel seats made available on any flight. It is possible that there will be no prize travel seats allocated on a particular service or the flight may be fully booked for prize travel seats, even though other seats are still available in the same cabin.
i. The winner and his/her travelling companion are responsible for supplying valid passports and visas. BA recommends that all passengers consider travel and medical insurance prior to commencing any flight.
j. All flights are subject to BA’s General Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage (see ba.com) and the notice and conditions of contract contained on each ticket and itinerary.
k. The prize is not transferable. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered.
l. Tickets for prize travel are valid for the winner accompanied by one travelling companion. These Terms and Conditions apply to both the winner and the travelling companion and references to the winner include (where the context permits) the travelling companion.
m. Members of BA’s Executive Club will not receive any BA Miles on prize travel undertaken by the winner or his/her travelling companion.
n. BA reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
o. BA reserves the right to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this promotion in the event of major catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, earthquake or any actual anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of BA.
p. Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions. This promotion is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
