mymedi - I think I know the company you have purchased from. If they're the one I am thinking of, I doubt that you will have a bad experience with them. They have a good reputation for service.

However, I feel compelled to ask why you've chosen to make such a large purchase through a company that has left you feeling underwhelmed? On the contrary you should be feeling elated and excited and looking forward to what should be a very significant improvement to your home and lifestyle.

The decision is easy - they are the only supplier close enough for us to be able to do it through a single entity. I don't want to get the kitchen from one source, countertops from another, get them fitted by someone else, etc. I want the entire process and the liability to lie with a single company... Plus, we did get a reasonable deal, so we'll see about the service. ;)
  • Hi mymedi,
I found this thread such a good read and find myself in a similar scenario.
Can you describe how the overall experience was in the end?
