similar to Ytaya...I do physical geography and wanted to look at rivers and environmental monitoring...and for fieldwork I wanted to be in Wales (near uni and labs rather than lugging everything home and back again), and went and spoke to several of the lecturers about ideas, past projects etc and came up with the one I did...effects of the metal mining legacy in a contemporary river system, looking at metal concentrations and macroinvertebrate populations and diversity.One thing...that sets pulses racing...that gets hearts pounding...for which there is no substitute...only YOU can provide...blood.
