Hey guys,
I need to know if anyone has any ideas on what Laptop I should get.
-I have £700 in the tank,
-Can't be crap, but doesn't have to be great either (Its only £700).
-It must have at least 60GB Memory and wireless internet.
If anyone knows any for that price that are good please share.

Nowadays for £700, you can get a whole lot of laptop.

First figure out what you want to use it for.As laptops seem to splitting into two diferent groups
Desktop replacements ..Large High Quality screens ,full size keyboards much better sound...The downside Very heavy and not very portable.
an example of this type is the TOSHIBA QOSMIO F20-£599.97 from pc world
Portable laptops .The premium paid on these are for small size ,light weight and long battery life.the downside can be fiddley keyboards and small screens .An example of this would be the iQon 12" Turion Laptop from Tesco for £519.
For me Small is perfect for my needs .I would save a little back for a good quality full size mouse these new Lazer mice are good as they work on any surface
Get Vista(or an upgrade ) if you can
dual core processor Must
at least one gig of ram Must
dedicated graphics card (if you can)
Enjoy yourself, £700 is a fair bit to be able to spend .If you spend some time looking for the best machine and the best price you should get a cracking machine
Try...Pricerunner....Kelko......Microdirect
Hope this helps
