How long should we wait to hear anything

My husband is on incapacity benefit and received the form to fill in for esa in Novemer, sent it back and it was received on 21st November. How long should we wait to hear anything?
september wins - toshiba laptop, timotei shampoo & conditioner, mccains games, pimms picnic blanket.
october wins - grants tumblers, £20 petrol voucher, sega console, iphone
novembers wins - £50 on walkers rainy day, £50 itunes voucher
march wins - dog treats

    It can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months, although four to six weeks is the normal period for waiting to hear something from ATOS. Sorry for the vague answer but there is no time limit. It all depends on where you live (due to a backlog) to things such as writing out to a GP, to something as simple as ATOS making a paper based assessment and the additional time due to being caused by backlogs at the DWP (it if is the latter he will have been successful in the change from IB to ESA).

    I suggest you contact ATOS to find out what is the latest situation, they will be able to advise you on things are progressing. ATOS have a contact number where they can give you an update, the number is 0800 2888777. When you phone, choose the general query options and then ask how it is progressing.
