Ignition problem 206

Hi!
I have a 206 51 reg, having problems getting the key in and out of the ignition. It starts and stops fine.
Have googled but can't see anything relating to this so much.
Is this a barrel problem rather than an ignition problem? I may have answered that but my knowledge is limited but you wouldn't believe the money I have thrown at this car in the past 6 weeks so if I could have any opinions as to whether this is a deal breaker then they would be greatly appreciated.

Try the spare key?
Worse case a new lock. Get a locksmith to build you one to match your key. Unless your happy to have one for the doors and one for the ignition.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

I don't have a spare key, don't think it is the key that is the problem. I should get one tho! Thanks :beer:
