hello to everyone,
i was wondering if anyone could help me on this, i was thinking about purchaseing a retail business and was wondering how much captail i would need to buy a freehold business and maybe ways of obtaining the loan
I heard, to buy a house you need 10% of the value but dont know much about freehold business loans.
more info on the business is its around 450k and has a 3bedroom accmadation on top of business

The business will only be available through a bank loan. The freehold will be mortgageable but you could be looking at needing 33-40% deposit, especially if it is a shop with living accommodation over it. IMHO.A house isn't a home without a cat.
