EA Games - FIFA Points

Fifa 13 was released on September 27th. My son converted 3200 Microsoft points into FIFA points. He never got the FIFA points!
There was an issue on the day, and a lot of people didn't seem to get the points and EA were aware and issued an update on their site.
I have been contacted EA Live Chat since then (yes, for 4 months!!) and STILL not got credited with the points and keep being told to be patient and wait as there is a backlog ... but 4 months? Really?
When I ask for details of the legal department they end the chat. I've just got off live chat with someone else and they say they are still looking into it, I ask how long I am expected to wait and they say they don't know. If I ask to be passed anywhere, they cut off chat. If I am on the phone and ask to be put through to someone else, I get cut off.
So I've finally lost patience. I have googled many forums and noticed a lot of people who had issued have now got their FIFA points, but my boy is still waiting. I am not prepared to let this go but unsure as to where to turn next.
Anyone got any advice? Thanks.

Still no response from CEO and still no FIFA points. Has my son just lost his money or is there something else I can do? Thanks0

i have also been waiting since november 4th to get my point i have phoned them once a month i even taken a screen shot of the purchase to show i wasnt pulling a fast one its a joke that a big company like e.a can treat there customers like this0
