npower bill date
nPower were supposed to send me a (paperless) bill on Monday. I sent a meter reading 3 days earlier (Friday), also calculated the approx amount I owe and paid it by card, to try and avoid them changing my DD.
There has been no bill. Is this normal given the date of my meter reading or do I have to contact them again, something which I don't really want to do?

i believe they closed fri/sat due to weatherDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Hi zerog,
We have been updating our systems this weekend, performing some essential maintenance to make things quicker and easier for our customers.
This may be why the paperless bill hasn't been produced as the updates included our online services 'mynpower.com'.
Please bear with us and your bill should be with you shortly.
Best wishes,
