Adobe Acrobat - Linking to a specific point in another .pdf

Hi,

I have Adobe Acrobat XI, and i've been asked to modify some documents to include links to other documents.

This is all fine, however i have been asked to link to a specific point in those other documents.

For example, if you were to click on 'limited company' it would open the 'glossary.pdf' and take you to the reference to 'limited company'.

Anyone any clue on how this could be done?
