TalkTalk NON CUSTOMER SERVICES

I have recently moved away from this company because of poor customer service

They took £50 out of my bank for an engineer call out charge fault was in street not in my property

called customer global world services who said no refund

decided to leave after many frustrating calls to bad speaking english customer service people around the world

Now with Sky let talk talk know of intentions but they still send monthly bills to email address

Does anyone know how to block them? How do they get it through that they are not in contract with me nor do they ever think they will get paid for services they never provide

please can you give advice
