Hello,
My tribunal is finally here 10 months after my assessment.
I have agoraphobia and social anxiety. If I don't pass it will be a backward step as my progress will slide.
It really feels a make or break situation. So what kind of questions can I expect, or even attitudes from the panel, and what's the best way to present my case when there?
Thanks in advance,
N.

Answer their questions as best you can, don't minimise your disability.
Any questions are about the time of the original decision - NOT now.
They may ask almost anything.
Clearly, if you say you're worse now, you were better then.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tbWXG6Ho4i8 is a video from the tribunals service outlining the procedure.
