I used to be able to download programs to i-player desktop and also to series record programs. Then there was a problem with i-player.
Since then, I have been unable to do the above, I can only download to Windows media player and it won't series record at all.
I have tried deleting BBC i-player and re-installing it but that doesn't make any difference.
Any ideas please as to how I can get it to work again?
TIA

Hi,
I had same problem, seems it's to do with Adobe Air 3.5.
So, uninstalled it and went back to 3.4, so you could try that.
I keep getting reminders to update to 3.5, but will wait for 3.6.

Download.
Thanks, I'll try that.
Its annoying as I don't watch live tv - no tv licence - and to watch anything directly without downloading first is nigh on impossible as I get the message that there is not enough bandwidth.0 -

Thanks, I uninstalled Adobe Air, it was actually 3.3 that was installed, installed Adobe 3.4,but it still did not work so I uninstalled i-player then re-installed it.
Seems to have fixed the problem now and is downloading series again.
Thanks a lot for your help.0
