Picture Interference (Squares) With Virgin Cable and New Samsung LCD TV

I have recently moved house and I have a new cable wall box, new cables and cable box, and a new TV. Every couple of minutes on music channels and football I get an interference on the picture and Squares appear - like it's bad weather. Is this a fault with the connections of the cable box, the cable or the TV. Is the TV not being to keep up with a fast picture (Or am I talking rubbish)?
