Removals manchester

Can anyone recommend a removal company? I'm moving from Manchester to Wakefield (50 miles) and from a 3 bed semi to another 3 bed semi so have a lot of stuff. How soon do I need to organise it as I've not yet got any dates but we are not far off? Should I get some quotes now or wait until we have a completion date. I'm worried that when we get the date it will be very short notice.

You can get quotes now and give an estimated removal date. Get more than you think you might otherwise need as, if the date is suddenly sprung upon you, your first (and second, third etc) choice company might not be available. Strangely, I am moving to manchester from London!
What did I do at work before I discovered MSE?!

DFD - WAS: a while ago

NOW - not sure, due to boyfriend going back to uni for masters and now pgce. Worth it in the long run!
Proud to be dealing with my debts!
