Miele Dishwasher HELP please!!

Hi,
I have been quoted £98.00 for a callout to my Miele dishwasher. I have been informed that there are only a couple of Miele qualified repairers in the UK as this make rarely break down.
The model is a G676SC. Have been through the troubleshooting guide but this makes no difference.
The problem is that all the lights flash on and off. The only program that will run is the pre-wash. STRANGE!!
Can anybody help re the cost of callout and whether it is worth paying for an expert on the Miele brand, and can anybody shed any light on what the problem is with the dishwasher,

Someone will reply as long as you put it in the dishwasher section. Most of the people who answer queries are engineers themselves so during the day they are out fixing other peoples stuff. Give it til tomorrow if you can0
