TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering "The Sunkissed by Rodos Competition" ("the Competition"). By submitting your entry to the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Prize is a sundrenched, week-long holiday for two, on the island of Rodos (Rhodes, Greece) and includes:
a) Return flights for two, with EasyJet, from the United Kingdom (London Gatwick or Liverpool airport) to Rodos (Rhodes, Greece) and
b) 7-day (6-night) accommodation for two, in a 4-Star Hotel on the Island of Rodos (Rhodes), on a half board basis.

Important notes:
(a) The prize is awarded as a package (i.e. it comprises of return flights from the above mentioned airports and accommodation) and it is valid only if used as such.
(b) The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
(c) Details of the 4-star hotel will be announced on the facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Rodosisland.
3. There will be two winners (i.e. a total of two prizes will be awarded).
4. The holidays will take place during one of the following periods: From 15 May 2013 to 15 July 2013 or from 1 September to 30 September 2013. The winners must be available for their trip in one of the above specific periods. The winners can extend their stay at their own cost. The winners will inform the Organiser about the preferable days of their trip and the trip and flight details will be confirmed by the Organiser upon availability.
5. This competition is organised by PR MediaCo FSS, Petercarring, Farnham Road, Odiham, RG29 1AB ("The Organiser"), acting on behalf of The Rodos Tourism Promotion Organisation (PROTOUR).
6. Who may enter the competition: Any adult person (18 years+) through his/her facebook profile.
7. To enter the competition, each participant must: a) Like the facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Rodosisland b) Grant permission to ''Sunkissed by Rodos–the Game" ("the Sunkissing Game") to access their profile information. c) Play the Sunkissig Game, according to the instructions.
8. Entrants can only enter online through the facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Rodosisland), referred to as ''the Competition Facebook Page", and only during the Competition Period.
9. Entrants must use one facebook profile. Entrants who use multiple facebook profiles will be disqualified.
10. Competition Period: The Competition commences at 00:01 hours GMT on 05 November 2012 ("Starting Date") and closes at 23:59 hours GMT on 01 March 2013 ("Closing Date").
11. The winners will be selected according to the following process: The top 5 (five) scorers of the Sunkissing Game will enter a draw, with 2 (two) to be randomly selected as the winners.

12. Collection of scoring points :
1 point per sun successfully moved across from the Rhodes map over a cloud of the UK map, as per relevant graphics and instructions in the Sunkissing Game.
For every 5 friends invited to play the Sunkissing Game, 25 points will be added to the total score. To receive the points, friends must be invited in multiples of 5. For example, if a player invites 9 friends, he/she will only receive 25 points.
Players can play as many times as they want up until the close of the competition and their scores will sum up.
Players can invite friends every time they play and the scores will sum up. However the same friends can only be invited once.
13. On Tuesday 5nd March 2013 at 18:00 hours GMT the facebook names of the 5 top scorers and 5 runner ups will be announced on the Competition Facebook Page.
14. In case of a tie, an automated draw will determine the list of the top 5 scorers and 5 runner ups.
15. By 23:59 hours GMT on Tuesday 19 March 2013 ('deadline'), all ten players whose facebook names appear on the list (ie the the top 5 scorers and the 5 runner ups) will have to contact the Organisers (by email: pr@mediacofss.com or by phoning +44 (0) 12 5663 0011), and provide the latter with direct contact details, proof of identity and any documentation that may be required to confirm their identity and eligibility.
16. The Organisers reserve the right to disqualify from entering the draw any player who fails to meet the above requirements (as described in 15 above) within the Deadline. In such a case, his/her place will be filled by a runner up.
17. The draw will be among the top 5 scorers with eligible entries.
18. The draw will be carried out electronically, by the Organisers, at 10:00 hours GMT on 21 March 2013 and the two winners will be announced on the same day on the Competition Facebook Page.
19. The two winners will be contacted by the Organisers, via e-mail, between 21st March 2013 and 30thth March 2013, and, subject to their agreeing to accept the Prize, will be asked to provide details required for their eligibility to claim their prizes. Such details include the scanned copy of the passport of both the winner and his/her travelling companion and the preferred dates of their trip based on the indicated periods as described in paragraph 4 of the T&C.
20. The winners hereby give the Organiser the express permission to publicly announce their names on the competition facebook page (+ link) and in a press release.
21. The Organiser will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winners using the contact details that will have been provided by the players prior to entering the draw. The winners should contact the Organiser by email: pr@mediacofss.com or by phoning +44 (0) 12 5663 0011. If a winner does not respond within 10 days of the first notification, then the winner forfeits the right to claim the Prize and the Organiser is free to nominate another winner.
22. All prizes must be accepted as awarded, based on the information provided by the winner, also on behalf of their travelling companion, upon initial contact with the Organiser, following the close of the competition. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and are not redeemable for other prizes.
23. Game instructions (''The Game Rules") form part of these Terms and Conditions.
24. If there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions by an entrant, the Organiser may, at his sole discretion, invalidate the relevant game entry and disqualify the entrant from the Competition, irrespective of the period in the Competition.
25. By entering the Competition, you grant permission to the Organiser to publish your entry in all media, adapted, in whole or in part, including but not limited to publication on https://www.facebook.com/Rodosisland,YouTube, Twitter etc at the Organiser's sole discretion.
26. Upon submission of your entry, you grant the Organiser a non-exclusive, unlimited, freely assignable, royalty free license in any intellectual property rights or other rights vested in your entry.
27. No cash or alternative prizes are available, with the exception that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Organiser reserves the right to award similar prizes of equal value.
28. If for any reason any aspect of the Competition does not function correctly, whether by means of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Organiser, that corrupts or affects the administration, integrity or fairness of the Competition, then the Organiser may at his sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Competition and/or invalidate affected entries.
29. The Organiser and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the Competition and/or prizes, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.
30. Anything not expressly referred in this clause is not included in the Prize (e.g. the Prize does not include transfers to/from the airports, use of the mini bar and snacks, telephone, internet and other incidental charges).
31. All individuals travelling are responsible for arranging their own travel and medical insurance cover.
32. The winners are solely responsible for obtaining any visas required in order to accept the Prize.
33. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any events that are beyond the Organiser's control that may affect the normal enjoyment of the Prize including but not limited to delay or refusal of entry to the destination country by authorities, any delayed or cancelled flights, transfers, or accommodation.
34. Directors, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, management and employees) of the Organiser, the agencies or companies associated with this Competition, and their families, are not permitted to enter the Competition.
35. The Organiser's decision in all matters relating to the Competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. Any recourse to courts of law is excluded relating to the Competition itself.
36. This Competition is subject to English law.
37. All correspondence in relation to the competition should be addressed to: PR MediaCo FSS, Petercarring, Farnham Road, Odiham, RG29 1AB.
38. The Organiser reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the game facility following changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.
39. By accessing The Sunkissing Game, you agree to be legally bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions stated herein, you are automatically disqualified from participating in the Sunkissing Game.
