Win a holiday to New England prize draw Terms and Conditions
1. Prize includes flights from London to Boston, seven nights accommodation in three-star hotesl and car hire. No alternative prize, cash or otherwise will be offered in lieu of any prize.
2. No insurance is included in the prize, if the winner decides to buy insurance as an extra, we are unable to insure winners with pre-existing medical conditions.
3. Winner and guest must hold valid passports and are solely responsible for any visa requirements, as well as for completing the new ESTA visa forms online, as required by US immigration.
4. Winner and guest must hold valid travel insurance for the holiday duration; the promoter may require evidence of this before traveling. Insurance can be bought at Tour America Direct.
5. Entrants and guest must be over 21; at least one member of the party must hold a valid driving license.
6. Transfers to/from airports are not included.
7. The winner is solely responsible for any duty to be paid on good bought in the USA on their return to the UK. Any additional costs incurred are at the winner's expense.
8. Failure to attend on the travel dates agreed and booked, does not entitle the winner to an alternative holiday; the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited. It the details of the winner are not received within 14 days of the prize being given, the prize will be terminated.
15. The prize has no monetary value. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
16. Winners will be required to take part in a photoshoot for promotional material.
17. Tour America reserves the right to change the dates of the trip; it must be taken by February 2014. Black-out dates apply and the prize is subject to availability.
