oh got made redundant in dec after 15 year...anyway he got awarded jsa-cb which he shall get for 6 month - hopefully he finds a job. this means we can no longer claim carers allowance for our son with it being an overlapping benefit.
can anyone tell me with me working can i work any hours as im contraced for 18 but could do more, would this affect my husbands jsa? he has to fill in a form which states my hours etc, he asked them why he needs to do that, they told him to build a background for when his jsa cb runs out and he need to claim jsa-ib... why is this ?? can anyone help? also been awarded full housing b and council tax benefir t but not school meals
