Praise: M&S Car Insurance/ Ageas

My car was written off in a smash last Wednesday afternoon.
I've today settled my claim with Ageas (underwriter)

Car collected from police compound on Thursday
Engineer inspection on Friday
Rang to offer settlement (they did negotiate and I got what I believe to be a fair price for my car)

The accident is not my fault but still settled quickly.

Excellent customer service from initial contact.

Highly recommended.

Just had a PM from someone asking this so I thought I'd put it in, I took out the Premier Policy, which includes legal and breakdown cover. No, they were not the cheapest insurer but not the dearest either. I went with them on recommendation from a family member. My policy price for my 1.4 Diesel was £177 for the year.

Yes I did!
My tax is £30 a year and I've only got 2 months left to run but better than a kick up the backside!!
