Only safe way to get absolute guaranteed delivery is by using Special Delivery. Recorded Delivery is useless, not worth bothering with.Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time :eek:0

Well I was due incapacity benefit today and it's been paid, so they must have got the form, I'm going to ring them today anyway, tried yesterday and was on hold for ages.
I'm assuming they've got it tho, as they wanted t by the 15th, presumably so they could stop paying me if they didn't get it by that date!
