Limited to one entry per household. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.

You must include on the entry form your complete name, email address and postal code. All entrants must have a valid email address. In case of dispute as to identity of entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorised account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorised Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organisation (e.g. business, educational, institution, etc) responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. The potential winner may be required to provide Promoter (defined below) with proof that such winner is the authorised account holder of the email address associated with a winning entry. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited; no automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. Promoter (TUI Travel), its affiliates, partners, agencies and any entities involved with the administration or fulfilment of this prize draw are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communication malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or damaged entries, unauthorised human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or illegible entries which may limit one’s ability to enter the prize draw.
All entries become the sole property of the Promoter and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged. Promoter is not responsible for late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or technically corrupted, which will be disqualified. Only fully completed entry forms are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Promoter.
All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win the following: two economy return flights from London to Sydney (up to a total value of £2,000 for both flights). Return flight must be within 3 weeks of departure date and will be with an Austravel preferred airline partner. Prize is available from 15 March 2013 – 31 January 2014. Prize is strictly subject to availability and cannot be used during peak periods i.e. Easter, Christmas. Additional date exclusions may apply.
Flights must be completed by 31 January 2014; booking must be made by 30 November 2013.
Prize-winner and companion will be responsible for transportation to and from the London airport. The prize does not include any travel insurance, travel expenses, accommodation or any other related expenses or meals in addition to the prize package mentioned above. Any extras will be the responsibility of the prize winner and must be paid in full.
All travel and accommodation are at winners and travel companion’s risk. Taxes, fuel surcharges, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades or any other expenses not specifically listed herein are the responsibility of the winner. Travel subject to booking availability. Winner and travel companions must travel on the same itinerary. Travel companions must be 18 years and over. Promoter is not liable for delays, cancellations or unforeseen events related to the flights. Winner and travel companion will be solely responsible for obtaining valid identification and compliance with all travel and health requirements (i.e. passports, visas, immunisations etc) relating to acceptance and use of the travel prize packages and must have no impediment to entering Australia. Promoter will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates.
Prize break is strictly subject to availability. Date exclusions apply.
The prize is as stated, is non-transferrable and no cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
One winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all entries received before 11 March 2013 and notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
If a prize winner does not respond within 28 days of first notification attempt, if any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or in the event of noncompliance with these prize draw rules and requirements, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.
Participation in the prize draw and acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for Promoter to use his/her name, address (city and state/ province/ country), likeness, biographical information and any statements made by winner regarding the purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating, and insofar as is permitted by law, entrants, winner and travel companions agree to release and hold harmless TUI Travel and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the prize draw, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize draw related activity and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Promoter and their respective affiliates, agents, successors, employees, officers, directors and assigns are not responsible if any portion of the prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to Acts of God, Acts of War, natural disasters, weather or terrorism.
Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this prize draw in any way shall be disqualified. No substitutions or cash redemptions available, in whole or in part. In the case of unavailability of all or any portion of the prize(s), or owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. There is no purchase or sales presentation required to participate. A purchase does not increase the odds of winning. The prize is not transferable in any way (except by Promoter) and must be taken by the designated winner and his/her chosen travel companion. The winner and travel companion are responsible for their own travel insurance, and valid passports.
No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are unable to be sent due to Internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. Proof of online entry does not constitute proof of delivery.
Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this prize draw should circumstances make this unavoidable, including, but not limited to virus, bugs, non-authorised human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the prize draw. In such case, Promoter may select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Promoter. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the prize draw or Web site.
By entering the promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.

Wouldn't submit for me when I ticked the box to opt out of email communications, but submitted fine when it was unticked.
