personal car leasing

can anyone advise on personal car leasing v purchasing a car and best leasing deals available

    Put your sunglasses on and google Lingcars several others as well who maybe cheaper.

    Dont forget you need to pay the full lease even if your circumstances change and you can not afford to pay it.

    Everyone says they are secure. Yet there are a lot of posts on here from people in that situation.

    (possible) good points:-
    Likely to get a better/newer car for same/lower payment
    No risk of losing money at the end of contract (unless damaged)
    Can include maintenance/tyres etc
    Leasing co takes any hit on depreciation if they get their sums wrong

    (possible) bad points:-
    You never own the car
    You need to keep it in good nick & serviced properly or face penalties on return
    Fixed contract - so you need to pay for the whole term, expensive to get out early.
    Any profit on selling belongs to the lease co.

    Search back on here for lease and you will see lots of useful comments.

    In short leasing is not as good a deal as it was 5-6 years ago but to get a deal choose the deal and NOT the car (ie don't be fussy about the make of car).
