Posting a laptop

Can someone please advise on the cheapest courier to send a laptop? I obviously want it insured in case it gets damaged / lost.
Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.

  • Get the laptop weighed and look on royal mail, collect plus, Hermes etc and find out

  • I was actually trying to be helpful, you may not have known about other couriers available. Shouldn't have bothered

I have bought and sold several laptops and I have had no problems posting them
with parcelforce etc. I pack them in their original box then put that in another box that is well padded.
  • Have you tried Parcel2go? Gives you a list of prices, companies, collections, drop offs etc so you can pick who you prefer and who you might want to avoid. They were great from me a few years ago sending nintendo wii consoles.

Just put a stamp on it, leave it next to a post box and let whoever is receiving it worry about the delivery cost! :D
  • Sent mine Special Delivery which is fully insured.
