Ive seen it work for other people too, most people who fail the WCA do so because they have not prepared for it by making sure that they have the evidence to back up their claims.
People need to take responsibility for their own lives, the form is very simple and it asks you to enclose proof to support your claim and its very easy to get this proof if you have a valid ESA claim, people who cant provide this proof deserve to fail to get ESA.
I have been to several WCA's btw as support to the claimant, in every case the result was correct including the one person who failed it.
Very glad that it did work for you and the people you know but I think its a bit much saying that people fail because they can't get proof or not taking responsibility.
Three trips to the CAB to help fill in form making sure I had the information and it was understandable. letter from two consultnats, Gp and note from mental health team. At the assement was asked to get on floor which i did taking about 5 mins and then took the next 15 trying to get back up which was noted in the report as no problems. As i was clean therefore I didn't have any mental health issues etc etc.
Lost my job due to ill health and discrimination and not being able to afford to take company to tribunal have lost out there too.
Sorry rant over but I have done nothing but tell the truth at every cut and turn to be told that I am lying really upsets me :eek:Play nice  Just because I am paranoid doesn't mean they are not out to get me.:j0
