I got the Endura MT500 Mountain Bike ones and they are great. I have gone from 2 pairs of socks and cold feet, to one pair with these and nice warm piggies.

Oh my blimey o'Riley this morning was brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr cold! Fingers went crunchy despite two pairs of gloves, yet between Elephant & Castle and Waterloo it got so warm I had to take a pair of gloves off and my hood from off under my helmet. So, cycle for 25 minutes and it's freezing, last 15 mins in central London are boiling sweaty!
