New Year, new baby, new challenges!

Well I listed my item on ebay, and did all the ebay packing so that's all done now. Everyone has paid up so dropped it all off to the sorting office on the way to work this morning.
I've just redeemed £5 from a survey site for amazon so will start trying to build up my balance on there again.
Lots of snow here, I don't enjoy it particularly, especially when I've got to go out in it. Hope everyone is well though."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
HEY!!! A new diary!! Fab.

Hey Brizzle
No baby yet thankfully! I agree we've had enough of snow now. I just want it gone.
DDFW is very inspirational, but she knackers me out with her lists:rotfl:

Hi Jwil and friends
Free listing on ebay this weekend so I am thinking of wandering around the house to find stuff to list. I often look at something and think 'nah that wont sell' - what are your best sellers?
My aim over the next few months is to raise an extra £200 each month which is £50 per week - I have managed to secure a small sat job for the month of Feb just helping out for a few hours each sat and hoping to do the rest on surveys (which are currently driving me mad again) and ebay.
So... looking for some inspiration0 -

Hey LAM - I find the things that sell best are the ones I don't expect to sell! I just whack them on and give it a go - when it's free listing it doesn't really matter.
I've been amazed at what does sell, I sell all sorts of stuff, none of it particularly special and I don't always get a lot for it, but it's all cash in my pocket. If I think I can get more than I would at a boot sale, then I give it a go.
Hope you've managed to get some stuff on there!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
I managed to get 8 listings done yesterday, and have pulled out a few bits to stick on today as well.
I'm having a little flurry of sales at the moment, and have sold 5 books over the weekend so happy about that :T
We did go to the boot sale this morning, but it was unsurprisingly rather quiet.
I need to pack my hospital bag this weekend, but DH is not very well and so is in bed.
I'm feeling pretty rubbish too, so not sure if I'm getting what he's got or whether it's just the pregancy. I'm feeling rubbish all the time recently, it's hard to think that I might actually not be in pain all the time and just feel generally uncomfortable in a month or two. I'm sure I'll have a whole different set of issues to contend with then though :rotfl:"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Morning jwil and folks..
Have listed 13 items and have bids on 2.. But it's not the items I would have expected...so just bung up everything and see where you get to! One has 26 watchers on something which starts at £1...bonkers!
Having a day off today though..but not working Monday and may declutter some of my room...will get OH to join in tooMFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

Well done on the listings! That's great news about the bids, and fingers crossed you get a good sale for the one with loads of watchers!
