Help! I have sent 2 letters to MBNA requesting statements including a £10 fee(which they have cashed), but have received no response from them. I contacted the information commissioner and have been told that they will contact MBNA, but have heard nothing since January 2007. I am still keeping up the payments on my credit card but I am getting frustrated.
Anyone have any ideas on how to proceed?

Start court proceedings for DPA Non-compliance. And/Or Start your claim for charges using an estimated amount, try and go over what you reasonably think it will be and they will soon be in touch to correct you.0

Think about it, due to all the media coverage about this issue they will be getting swapped with thousands more letters than they would normally on a daily basis. Patience.
It is a long process getting the information for the previous 6 years on accounts. and what you probably find is that they will return you £10 cheque as a courtesy.
