Hi
i got a parking ticket, for parking in a friends private car park. she doesn't drive, and when i drove in no signs at entrance, or up on wall in front of where i parked. so i parked and went into her apartment. Now i have £85 to pay, unless i pay within 17 days then its £60. I lost my job January so cant afford it. But i am so confused as to what to do, all this information is great but mind boggling....
Any help, guidance anything i would really appreciate. the company is private, BPA, and on the system under the 4 headings:
ANPR: NO
Debt Recovery: NO
Self Ticketing : YES
Ticketing: YES.
Should i appeal, ignore it, pay it?!
plz help. x0 -
