Hi - I'm just about to replace my kitchen worktop. Can anyone recommnend/suggest anywhere please Essex/E.London area? Not Benchmark, Howdens,B&Q, Wickes - tried all of them. Looking for square edge laminate, but of course looking for a design I actually like. Thanks

There is a company in Southend called Patersons Worktops. They supply both Duropal and Axiom brands of worktop and carry over 300 colours / designs.
They sell you any length you require so you don't have to buy 3metres if you only need 2 metres, price it by the centimetre, and can do all of you masons mitres and edging.
I have used them on numerous occasions and they are very helpful.
Please be assured that I have nothing to do with them and am just one of their customers.

Hi Muskoka,
Not aware of any square edged laminate worktop suppliers, I'm sure some of the fitters/KD,s will know where they can be sourced.
Have you considered Wilsonart Earthstone? has a very small 3mm round on the front, It can be routered, sanded and if you scratch it you just sand it out ,its seamless too so you don't see any joints.
Not used it myself but on a woodwork forum some of the kitchen guys quite like it.
Can't vouch for the site but heres a link:

There are video's on Youtube showing how you fit it.0 -
