The Argos in Livingston was clear of Next cards and none in the back, so went to the retail park and the girl knew all about the deal, and was so helpful in getting me 4 x £10 Next cards in two separate transactions as they had no more £20 cards. That is my Next Account paid off now from VIP sale for £30.

    THANK YOU!!!!!!:T

I got all my Debs ones in £10, so 14 of them, they had real problems instore, they can only use 3 cards in any one transaction, so all the cards had to be put onto one card, this took ages.
I would have bought £20s if Argos had them.
    Cant wait till payday.

Same happened to me today with 18. 6 this morning and 12 just before going into Debs this afternoon. All had to be transferred to one card to be useable. 6 bought this morning scanned OK but the 12 new ones had to be entered manually i.e. each barcode had to be fully typed in. Took ages but SA was wonderful about it:)
Bought some Argos cards from T to buy cards in Argos but they wouldn't work as they need 24 hours to activate (card details actually show up to 3 days:eek:) Will be going back tomorrow to buy more cards if there's any left as staff in all 3 Argos branches knew about it and were buying up cards for themselves and family
    Awaiting a new sig

Staff in my local were very helpful, they kept saying what a good deal it was and how it was like 'free money'.

Some of the cards took a while to swipe but managed to get £300 for £225, all for places I spend regularly - thanks OP!!

    Places I brought for were:
    T K Maxx
    Arcadia (Topshop etc)
    Cineworld
    Pizza Express
    Debenhams
    Boots
    Nandos

Could these cards also be bought in Tesco??? I've just realised I've £20 more on my a/c to clear from items not delivered yet. Tesco is much handier for me. Can anyone confirm this please?

I'm pretty sure Tesco sell a wide variety of giftcards. This however, is a deal at Argos.

BTW, for anyone buying larger qty's of giftcards, they can put more than 2 giftcards through in one transaction. I've just bought 10x £10 WHSmith giftcards in one transaction with no problems.

    Thank you so much OP!
DD1 is expecting a baby in the Summer so got £100 Boots vouchers (£75) for stocking up on offers pre baby and one or two for emergencies. Also got Top Shop Vouchers for DD2.
Very small store local to my work had loads of vouchers for all retailers and couldn't have been more helpful. (I paid cash which went down well.)
